GREAT TURNOUT @ COACHING CLINIC
More than 30 coaches attended the 3-day Clinic run by International Sports Group last weekend. They received expert instruction in all aspects of the game from three seasoned professionals; Coaches Tom O’Connell, Rick Steen and Charlie Greene were all hugely impressed by the level of interest and enthusiasm. They informed me that it was one of the most positive and enthusiastic responses they have ever had at a coaching clinic.

This all bodes very well for the development of Baseball in Ireland. The coaches can now take the knowledge they have gained back to their clubs right around the country. On Sunday the coaches had a chance to put what they had learned into practice at a kids’ clinic. It was great to see so many people learning and sharing their new found knowledge with the kids and each other. (Will Beglane).
