BASEBALL SUMMER CAMP - JULY 13-15, 2009
Baseball Ireland will be conducting their annual Summer Baseball Camp for kids from July 13th - 15th at O'Malley Little League Field in Corkagh Park, Clondalkin.
This year's guest coach, all the way from Boston, is the celebrated and former Ireland National Team Manager, PJ Fox.
 
All players and would be Baseballers are welcome to participate. The age range for participation is 5-13. The daily schedule is as follows:
10.30 to 12.15 - T-ball (ages 5-7)
13:00 - 15:30 - Little League (ages 8-13)
(Depending on numbers applying for T-ball this may change. We'll let you know well in advance.)

What to Bring:
Sports clothes and shoes with a good grip
Something to eat and drink
Sunscreen and rain jacket
We have all the baseball equipment you need
The cost is €5 per player per daily session

BASEBALL IRELAND YOUTH ACADEMY - July 7-11
Baseball Ireland will run its fist Baseball Academy for players aged 13-16 from July 7 to 11. The aim is to help develop young Irish Baseball Players into the stars of the future. Players from all around Ireland have been invited to participate.

The camp will be run by two visiting coaches Alper Boksurt from MLBI and PJ Fox from Boston (former coach of the senior Irish National Team) in conjunction with a selection of domestic coaches. There will be 4 days of intensive training focussing on all aspects of the game. We will then play some challenge games on Saturday against specially selected opposition. A cadet team will travel to the UK weekend July 25 th to play a series of games.

The Academy is intended for players who have experience playing the game. We still have a few places remaining If any player wishes to participate in the Academy please contact me @ rocket@baseballireland.com

YOUTH BASEBALL TRAINING - CORKAGH PARK
Youth Baseball Training starts Saturday (28th March) at 14.30. All Players aged 9-12 (experienced or not) are invited to take part. Please bring the following: appropriate shoes and clothing for baseball, a rain jacket, and something to drink.
